Between the 30th of January and the 4th of February, the SIEP 2.0 training course has been held in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal), and it involved more than thirty participants among educators, students, and trainers from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, and Sweden.
The hosting partner – Rosto Solidatio – and the consortium – RCW, ASPAYM, More Mosaic, BBR, and CEIPES, designed a week plan course mixing workshops and frontal lectures to ensure the participants an effective and dynamic learning experience.
The TC aimed to collect feedback from the previous training cycle from the participants. The process started with a summary of the project status, followed by team building activities to tune everyone mindset in the right direction. Following the learning by doing approach, the week continued experiencing, reflecting on the SIEP methodology:

- Put Yourself in My Shoes
- SIEP Game
The partners were able to collect precious insights and raise awareness on the importance of a more systematic approach to counter fight the phenomena. Jointly with the project activities, the groups had the opportunity to discover more about Santa Maria da Feira, its local community, and entities, under the guidance of Rosto Solidario team.
