On the 15th January 2024, SIEP 2.0 project has officially ended, concluding a memorable journey that lasted three years. During this time, the project has given so much to everybody involved, and the consortium of the project is proud to have conducted of the process.

SIEP 2.0 has begun with a phase of adaptation of good practices from the first edition of the project (SIEP) as well as other techniques of non-formal education and reflection through arts. These good practices are mainly Put Yourself in My Shoes and the Theatre of the Oppressed, two amazing techniques that use space, enacting, theatre, and role play as instruments to reflect on bullying and discrimination while playing.

This initial phase has also seen the creation of the SIEP game and the formalisation of the Educational Pills, a tool to learn and teach about the above-mentioned issues, without recurring to lengthy, formal, and boring lectures.

All the aspects of the project have then been tested with two international trainings, involving participants from all the consortium and stakeholders, including schools, educational centres and more.

From the end of 2022 the last phase of the project has begun, where partners have involved several groups of young people to test the materials of the project created so far, and to adapt them after receiving their feedback. In these places, the partners for the project have trained some Role Models, people that would have worked as example for their peers, disseminating the good practices of SIEP 2.0.

Schools, youth centres, scouts, students, sport centres have been just some of the places where the Role Models have acted to spread the good that this project had to offer, since May 2023.

All these moments have culminated in the SIEP Labs, events to make everyone aware of the progress made, including parents, educators, teachers, tutors, and many others. They received the tools that were being used and could see the interests and results of their children participation in the project.

Simultaneously, the #untag campaign has accompanied the whole project, incrementing the resonation of every step of the project, with posts, stories, gadgets, magazines and podcasts.

SIEP 2.0 has been so much for us, we hope that it was the same for everyone involved. Thanks for joining us in this experience, do not miss the opportunity to join us once again if you want to fight bullying and discrimination in the most fun way there is!
